Fiona brings a wealth of experience to her Pilates Classes. She is a Physiotherapist & Endurance Athlete, with over 10 years experience in both areas, competing in Multisport, Running and Triathlon. 

 

You can have confidence that FD Pilates has been tried and tested by Fiona during her own training and racing. Ensuring you get maximum results from each class and soak up the benefits of tailored Pilates instruction from an athlete.

EMMA: Here are my experiences with pilates as part of a run training programme and generally:

There are several reasons why I've become a 'better' runner in my 60s than I was when I started running in my 40s and (happily) found trail-running in my 50s - and pilates is one of them. It really compliments the strength training I do in my run coaching - particularly for me core strength, posture and the all-important hip mobility.

 

Pilates with Fiona has become a 'non-negotiable' for helping stay fit and strong. Classes are always different and the work on the target areas is quietly and precisely packed in. You feel great afterwards!
