Make your Pilates practice consistent & convenient with on-demand Online Pilates Classes. 

 

Fiona offers dynamic, functional and engaging Pilates classes, suitable for all active people who want to embrace a consistent & strong approach to movement, activity and health. The classes will help you get the best performance from your body for sport and life. 

 

The classes also specifically target the sporting population. If you are involved in Endurance sport or teams sports, these classes are a must have addition to your training schedule. 

 

Fiona has been competing in endurance sports for over 10 years and brings this experience to her classes. If you are a runner, cyclist, triathlete or multisport athlete you will find these classes are an ideal way to stay strong, mobile and injury free. 

 

With over 12 years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, Fiona brings a very targeted and detailed approach to her teaching. This is offered in the online classes with clear instruction, specific movement cues and a real focus on quality of movement throughout each class.

A free trial class is available for those looking to try out Pilates and get a feel for what is on offer

A monthly or 6 monthly membership is available. This allows you access to the full online library.

New classes are added weekly and you can visit the library of classes as often as you wish.

The library will host a range of classes:

# Sports specific Pilates strengthening

# 3, 6 or 10 class Programmes

# Recovery sessions including Stretch & Mobility class; Injury Prevention classes

​Sign up for a plan, then select a class from the library as a stand alone class or following a programme or series of classes. Each class is targeted and has a clear purpose. Each programme is structured to enhance progress and vary stimulus from class to class. allowing you to compound your adaptations and benefits. This ensures that with any option you select, you will optimize your progress, benefits and results.

EMMA: Here are my experiences with pilates as part of a run training programme and generally:

There are several reasons why I've become a 'better' runner in my 60s than I was when I started running in my 40s and (happily) found trail-running in my 50s - and pilates is one of them. It really compliments the strength training I do in my run coaching - particularly for me core strength, posture and the all-important hip mobility.

 

Pilates with Fiona has become a 'non-negotiable' for helping stay fit and strong. Classes are always different and the work on the target areas is quietly and precisely packed in. You feel great afterwards!
